Labour's Adda has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, or discrimination from customers. Any customer found violating this policy will be banned from the platform.
Workers are entitled to receive their payouts in a timely manner. Our digital wallet system ensures that funds are accessible and withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible.
If a worker faces an issue with a customer or a payment dispute, they have the right to full mediation support from the Labour's Adda administration team.
